Temp sensor highest quality
The temperature sensor normally lasts a lifetime, the soft "rubber" fitting however, does deteriorate after a few years.

Easy fix
Easy replacement part. I just needed the rubber gasket but for the price I just replaced the sensor too. Less than 2 minute fix.
