Warranty replacement part.
Customer service rep was very helpful in resolving my issue. I took delivery of a new boiler back in Sept. 2019 but my plumber was unable to install it before the 90 days period had elapsed for free return shipping. As it turns out, the gas valve for the boiler was bad and CS agreed to waive the policy and was able to return w/o any charge. Thank you.

Exact replacement. Swapping out the parts was only a 20 minute job. Boiler fired up first try and working trouble free since then. No more error codes.

Brand new, great price.
The part was a new replacement for a factory installed, but malfunctioning gas valve. The newly installed valve was installed per instruction (included) and is in service and without issue. I would recommend Supply House for their service and the quality of their products.
