Best Service...EVER
After owning my boiler for more than 12yrs,I have encountered a number of problems that naturally happen. Your staff has been MORE than helpfull. Especially this last time.My boiler brain died(3rd time),and needed to be replaced.I was infomed that my boiler would have to be upgraded with a kit.I requested that it be overnighted since we live in Colorado. It was and I installed it. The last thing to do with the kit was to plug in the controler. The up and down arrows did not seem to work. I called you back, was told to call manufacturer, which I did, and was told the unit should work by pushing the up and down arrows to give me the contractor screen. Which it didn't.I called you back and you replaced the kit.
Your staff went above and beyond to overnight the replacment to me.I now have an updated boiler that works perfectly! Many thanks go to ALL involved !

I would definitely recommend and buy again
Help neighbor put one in. And decided to change mine, waiting till summer. But very impressed with how his went in, and how much better it is. Mine is seating next to my boiler waiting to be installed. Thank you supplyhouse.

For a E05 internal control board failure, this is good.
Make sure to watch WM install videos first. If heat exchanger is good, the kit is worth it instead of whole boiler replacement.

Worked perfect, fairly easy install.
Have a Ultra 155 Ser 2 boiler, control board went bad. Unit was working for DHW but would cycle on and shut down within 30 sec in perimeter heating mode. Upgrade comes with everything needed. Take your time and take all the old wiring out first, clean it all up. Everything for this upgrade comes right out of the board(I had terminal strips on the back of the boiler for the old, it all comes out), and if you take your time and follow the wiring schematics you'll get it in with no problem. The wiring is also labeled which helps a lot. As others have mentioned, you may need to make a few modifications on the housing the board sits in to resituate everything. The new control panel I mounted on top of the control board cover. Powered it on and programmed for my boiler and it started right up. Has been working perfect ever since.

Dont forget the jumpers on P13
I recently installed this product as my Ultra was throwing an error code sporadically. the install went as described. The videos on this upgrade were very good. The only step that needs some attention from Weil Mclain is the manual included for the Ultra Series 4 has two factory installed jumpers on P13 for external limit switches. The control panel upgrade kit does not include the jumpers, nor has any instructions to install them. this prevented my boiler to fire, until I installed my homemade jumpers. Once I solved this issue, the boiler is working perfectly again.

Its amazing that 15 year-old boiler controls can be upgraded
Try upgrading anything in your 15 year old car! People rant on WM, but really its amazing that they sell this and anyone with medium electronics knowledge/skills can upgrade their boiler. Installation instructions are pretty clear. Most pain is cutting holes in the existing panel. With some Dremel skills and patience, its not an issue. Takes 3-4 hours in total to make it right. Good luck finding a competent contractor who can do the job if you are not handy yourself.
