I figured out how to disconnect the pressure gauge!
I ordered this assembly to figure out how to disconnect the pressure gauge. One of the risks with the Ultra 3 design is that the pressure gauge is adjacent to the U control electronics. Additionally, the resolution of the pressure gauge is inadequate compared to the pressures that the boiler operates under, so it is really not useful. The pressure gauge was eliminated on the Ultra 4 boilers.
If the pressure gauge leaks onto the U control board, the board needs to be replaced. I ordered this assembly and figured out that the tap off from the supply manifold can be plugged with a simple 1/4" pipe thread plug. I just wrapped the 1/4" plug with PTFE tape and also used Megaloc, and that effectively sealed off the connection.
I checked the connection out after the boiler had operated for a couple of weeks, and it was still leak tight.

I replaced my original combination BIG NUMERAL DIAL temperature Fahrenheit-only / boiler pressure gauge with this small numeral dial combination Fahrenheit/Celsius gauge . This has resulted in a crowded/cramped dual dial o which is hard to read. Impossible to read at a glance like the original one . Glad I have the digital LED temperature display also on the panel for a quick read.This new gauge is NOT user-friendly.

I would buy this again.
I needed this part to get a boiler operating again. I was able to type in the model of the boiler, find the part, order the part, and have heat to my customer the next day. Best part is i didn't have to call multiple supply houses and get multiple price and availabilities.
