I'll give this a great rating because it fixed my boiler issue. I wish my 2.5 yr old boiler didn't need a new blower, but that's not what I'm reviewing.
IMPORTANT: The fault diagnosis that came with my boiler (Ultra 105) indicated I needed a new control module. I bumped into another PDF on the Weil-Mclain website that had different fault diagnosis information.
The Control Supplement on the WM website says it was updated in 2010. (you have to look under "resources-->Professional-->Product Literature" to find it. Homeowners apparently don't need this info. :/
Is blower running on low?
From Standby mode, press "Mode" twice and display will change to "Info"
Press "Step" until display shows #6.
If #6 value displays as 32, replace the blower assembly.
This is not in the original manual I got!
The new blower fixed my boiler problem, was easy to install, and as always, PexSupply was perfect to do business with. I'm a repeat customer.

Ultra 105 blower
This blower is used constantly by the boiler, it needs to be improved to last more than two years.
The Average live span should be atleast 15 years.

I wholeheatedly recommend Supply House
Working with an OEM technician troubleshooting why my boiler would not fire, he determined I needed a new control module; Supply House shipped a new module in two days.
The new board looked identical except for one pin conector, so I spoke with a different factory tech. Based on discussion with him and using on board diagnostics he said my old boars was gpod, but I needed to replace the blower. Since the old board had not been powered yet, Supply House emailed a return label and shipped out the blower, which cured the problem.
I have used Supply House on other occasions, and they have always been fast and friendly. They accepted my returh at no cost or re-stock fee. Also, while talking with the factory technician he sang the praises of Supply House for providing their repair parts.

Perfect fix for broken furnace
Incredibly fast shipping, which is quite appreciated when the furnace doesn't work.
Weil-McLain boiler showed E29 error. Hvac tech troubleshooted furnace but believed issue to be a faulty control module. He ordered that part but I waited for several days with no news or updates. In the interim I researched and found that the blower was more likely problem and decided to order and try to repair myself. Received next day and installed. Error resolved and furnace has worked flawlessly for past several weeks.

Fixed flashing E29 fault code
Ultra 105 Boiler failed first time in 18 years on the coldest day of the year. Fault code E29 is " Blower signal not zero when it should be" I figured out what that means. When the water tempature reaches the upper set point (around 195 degrees), the gas valve shuts off and the blower will run for 15 seconds then slows down and STOPS rotating until water reaches the lower set point ( around 165 degrees) and the burner sequence starts again. My blower slowed down to a few RPMs but never completly stop rotating as it should causing the blower signal not reach zero and perevent the burner to re-start and code E29. Replacing the blower fixed the problem.

Just what was needed
After having a tech come and diagnose the control module (board) needed to be replaced, I replaced that but the furnace still wasn't working properly. I did some more research and figured out it was the blower assembly all along that was defective, replaced that (thanks for including easy to follow directions) and now system is working like new again.

Correct product
Boiler broke during the coldest time of the year no one could get the parts. Went online and found it on this site. Of course it was over New Years so I had to wait for it to be shipped but once the store opened I got the product the next day by 10am and it was fixed that day!

It fixed my unhappy boiler
This is an expensive little thing but it got my boiler running again. I do not know what the cylindrical item is in the last picture, it is not part of the assembly. The original blower failed after 10 years. Same symptom as another reviewer, so I will copy-paste here.
