Rear refractory fit perfectly, just be mindful turning in the correct way to get it in.
Front gasket perfect. Don't forget to clean the old one off the door.
Front refractory was very very tight. It would not go in. A little trick I learned was to use a spray bottle and wet it. It will then go in.
Just remember to slowly bring the temp up to dry the refractory

This product must be reworked to fit
The rear combustion chamber pad fit nicely. There was no issue in cutting the floor insulation blanket to size and installing it. Installing the rope seal on the front door was no problem as well. However, installing the front door pad required much work and resizing. A lot of tedious work using sandpaper on the pad to reshape it was required to get it to fit. The pad could not simply be pressed into place. This was done on a WGO5 boiler.

Yes. Other than removing the nut that holds the door locked there is nothing to dissasemble. just follow instructions.

Yes..its behind a single nut, on a hinged door. But, you have to disconnect the fuel line and power coupler in most cases.

Q: I have a pretty old oil burner, not sure how old and need to replace the chamber. I dont' have the model number. Any place I can find it?

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffThe model number should be listed on the front of the burner or in the manual for the boiler. You will need the part number or model number of the burner, or at least the boiler model, in order to find a replacement.
