This review is mainly about the company.
The first igniter was broken when I received it. It appeared the part was not placed properly in the recess for it in the box when it was originally packed and this caused it to be broken. They are quite fragile. Anyway, I notified Supply House. They sent me a prepaid UPS shipping label for return. They then sent me another part - which was fine - and did not charge me shipping again. In other words, no problems - couldn't ask for more!
(The igniter appears to be high quality also.)

Glad I ordered it as a back up. Needed it within a week
I bought this as a back up for my furnace ignitor. Soon after I started experienceing intermittent problems with the furnace firing up and heating well. It turned out that the old ignitor while working just wasn't producing a consistent heating source to start the burners every time. The part was swapped out and it works nicely now.

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffAccording to Weil-McLain's parts list, this part is just the ignitor. Part 511-330-148 is the igniter replacement kit. It includes the igniter and shield, but is only for HE II models.
