The order was received overnight and the ordering process was flawless. So SupplyHouse gets an A+. The part, however, not sure yet. It's working as intended, but it's been only weeks since installation. Based on age of the original that was replaced and reviews from others, this Weil-McLain part review would have to wait. Hoping that it lasts and I dont have to replace it again in a few months as has been the case with other reviewers.

Will HAVE to buy this item again and again
Weil Mcclain indirect hot water heater works well keeping up with demand as long as the tank doesn't implode within a couple of years or the thermostat fail every 6 months. Our original tank sprung a horrible leak within "warranty" so a replacement was free. Installation was not. A grand out of pocket. Should have converted to tank-less at that point. Thermostats are also junk, we are on number 3 for the replacement tank all within 2 years. At around $50 each they're not cheap but anyone can replace it, I've gotten it down to 5 minutes if the screw driver is handy. Imploding tank was covered under warranty only because Weil Mcclain knew there was a manufacturing defect and my understanding is a class action suit resulted in these extended warranty cases. Apparently the thermostats are defective as well since the heater is now on its 4th one in 2 years. I'm was going to recommend this as a replacement part because if you need one there is no alternative but I can't.

weil mclain indirect water heater thermostat.
This is the third one I have put in this water heater. They last a year or two and then they die! Not Supply House fault. It is an OEM product. Fast delivery, good web site and no problems.

Do not buy Weil-McLain Products.
I am so unhappy with my product. The thermostat breakers every 2 years and always in the middle of winter. Nobody local every carries the replacement parts and you will sit in your cold house with no hot water waiting a week while someone ships you the part.
