With regard to Supply House, GREAT VENDOR! Good telephone assistance, and EXTREMELY Fast Shipping, i.e. Same Day. As the saying goes, 'Parts is Parts'. This is a pretty simple gas valve but it is a better configuration that the original that it replaced. Have heat, no issues. Going to add Supply House to our Most Preferred Vendor list. Such a relief

Q: I cannot depress the gas control knob, cannot turn the knob from ON to PILOT or from ON to OFF. Is there any locking mechanism? My pilot light went out, I was trying to reignite it. Thanks.
