Good product
Received this product within 4-7 days. I didnt have to make an account to order but I would make one next time i need something. Good price, local stores were like 30 dollars more for the thermostat it was fairly easy to install. Replace the old one because it wouldnt ignite when twisted but new one did the job right. If Ihave problems i'll post back here! :) go coogs!

Missing Key Safety Parts
This valve was supposed to be the replacement for another Bradford White valve that's no longer made. The old one had leads to connect to a thermal switch, in line, with the thermocouple. Well, for some reason the "replacement" part does not include these leads anymore, so you either forego the safety of a thermal switch on your hot water heater (NOT A GOOD IDEA), or you McGyver/solder leads on yourself and risk ruining the part. Not a fun predicament when you're hoping to just swap in a new valve!!

Perfect Replacement for discontinued part
The gas control valve was delivered overnight, so there was very little down time for the hot water, Supply House to the rescue again.

Fixed my problem of water not getting hot
I had an issue of my water not getting very hot. I turned the heat up but showers didn't last very long and bath tub water would cool off before it was full. I examined the bottom of my tank and there was no sediment. The only significant part left was the gas valve control. I followed online videos on how to replace this safely and was able to fix safely in around an hour or so. This solved the problem and now my water heats as it should. Saved me from spending 10-20x as much on a new water heater.

Easy Replacement
Although this part is listed a a direct replacement for my original part number, visually, there are differences. Supply House answered the one question I put to them. Replacement was easy and it has been servicing me very well. It has resolved the initial issue of temperature lag from mineral corrosion. I will order from Supply House in the future.
