i would buy again.
My relay went bad. My unit is very old so I thought it would best to replace both the relay and transformer. The old relay uses both the NO and NC contacts on the same circuit. The new relay split the circuit into 2, one for NO and one for NC. That gave a extra hot wire, the old one had 3 wires the new one 4. Work great.

24V AC with Relay
This unit does NOT fit in a 4"X4" junction box even if you go for 4X4X4 size. So advertized specification is wrong!!!
Secondly the transformer does create humming noise easily audible in a bedroom or study room. So I dont recommend this for any area of the house other then basement utility room.
