Persistence pays off

Original part # ordered and shipped was received but was not as pictured. After contacting the manufacturer to assure the part number was correct and contacting Pex Supply the correct part was shipped. Unfortunately the part did not function properly and another had to be shipped. As they say the third time was the charm! Throughout the process Pex Supply stood by and provided free (expedited) shippiong and return of the parts.

It's what my system uses

I am not going to do a beat down on the product. I replaced an original that has been on the boiler since 1965. Yes, the new ones are not of the same quality as the old, and the one I am replacing is replacing one I bought less than a year ago from supply house. Hence the three star rating. Not sure if it is under warranty. It developed a leak and ruined the entire unit. To use the old phrase "I just wish they would build things like they used to".

I would buy it again

It was an identical replacement and worked great. Took photos of the wiring before removing the old one. Delivered quickly too

Shipped fast, installed fast, works great.

After manually turning the heat on in our house for the last 2 years, I don't know why we didn't replace this sooner. Product arrived quickly and was installed in under 15 minutes. Would have taken 5 minutes if the wiring on our end was in better condition.

Quality 7 out of 10. Overpriced in my book. Not a reflection on Supply House. Just opinion on product. Shipped right away!

Q: I have a White Rodgers Zone-A-Flow Water Valve Type 1361-102 3/4" 0.2A., 25 VAC. There is also the number 153-3520 at the bottom of the lable on the side of the Valve. Is your SKU:F19-0097 the proper replacement part for my valve?

You will need to use part F19-0104 ( http://www.pexsupply.com/White-Rodgers-F19-0104-2-Wire-Motor-Assembly-For-Zone-Valves ).

Yes, the motor assembly can be removed and replaced without draining the system. The assembly sits above the valve and simply turns it as demand requires.

Yes. I've done it before, no problems.
