Good seal kit

I purchased this because I was told that the zone valve base I ordered did not come with the o-rings and I needed them. However, the zone valve base did already have the o-rings in it so the seal kit was really not needed in my case. I will say that in some cases, if the old valve is really corroded or parts are damaged this seal kit has the o-rings and other small parts needed to do the job.

Fast shipping was great. Seals came with good instructions for dismantling the valve and replacing the worn seals with the new.

This seal kit is compatible with White-Rodgers' 3/4" 1311-102 and 1361-102 zone valves. It may solve your issue of leaking, but it is not included with the F84-0433 valve assembly.

There is some difficulty, as you will need to drain your system down and re-bleed it.

If you are handy with basic tools and also have a C-clamp spreader tool, and can work with small items, or have a magnifying glass and well-lighted area to work under, you should have no trouble. Just shut off the water above and below the defective valve, remove the two screws and twist off the valve. Also, make sure you have some silicone O-ring grease to make sure the rings seal properly.
