I would shop from this place again
The product delivered on the day promised. The part looks good. The only thing I missed were the mating flanges are not included withe the pump. It would have been nice to state explicitly.

I have replaced 4 of my circulating pumps with wilo
My only problem is last 2 pumps the check valve sticks open have to remove pump and physically unstick valve

Have had issues with the Star 21 series.
I've had the Star 21 series pumps in a number of solar thermal pump stations. I've replaced so many of these that I've lost count. I think there is a sizing issue in the cartridge in the space that allows for coolant lubrication, the tolerances are too tight and the pump overheats and stops running. I've also had the impellers melt off the rotors on these pumps. I didn't get any support from Wilo. I've started using the Grundfos series replacement pumps for this model. I have used the larger Wilo pumps without any issues.

Great pump at a great price
I've been using these pumps for over 12 years now and can say they perform well. The WILO Star 21 is the one i always carry because of the rotating flanges, great pump. And as always SupplyHouse is a great company to deal with.

good product
The Wilo star circulators were recommended to me by a heating contractor that does work for me. I've purchased and installed over a dozen of them for my own work over the past year and they are easy to install and work well. I did have one unit fail and supply house replaced the unit under warranty without any problems. I've used several other well known circulators over the years and these seem to be the same quality at a better price point. I can't attest to their longevity but so far so good....

Exceptional Value
We use numerous circulator pumps in our greenhouse operations. The Star pumps are proving to be much more reliable than the Taco pumps we previously relied on. They are built heavier and run quieter. The 2 bolts that hold the motor on make cusomizing the installation much faster. Wiring is a breeze.
