Great to work with

I used this product to connect Runtal radiators. Very easy to work with, crimps onto connections well, and I have no leaks or complaints about this.

I had no other choice

I had installed the ultra fun product, which I purchased from Supply House. It was so noisy as if critters were crawling in my floors. Since the house was finished except the flooring, I had no other choice than to use this product. No noise and works well. Supply house said they give a discount but have not received one.

Uponor HePe ... Great Priduct!

This is an excellent product for hydronic heating systems. It must be secured at much closer intervals since it does tend to grow with temperature.

Never had a problem with hePex

I've been using hePex for years without any problems. Seems to be a good Type A pex. Supplyhouse delivers quickly and correctly. The few times I've received the wrong part the folks at Supplyhouse have fixed the problem quickly, without any hassle.

Q: I am building a 10 X 12 foot wood frame workshop on a 4 inch concrete slab located in eastern Virginia and want to install pex tubing in the slab for eventual hook up to a roof mounted solar panel. What size tubing, spacing and length would be best for this size building?

We would recommend 1/2" tubing, with one loop, 12" on center.

Q: I have an oil boiler, inside wood boiler and an outside wood boiler all tied in as an open system. I have 3 zones hooked up now to slantfin baseboard all done in copper. I am in the process of hooking up 3 more zones. I have some copper runs in now for this but I have several long runs and hard to get at curves to hook up the base board. Will this tubing be ok for what I am doing? Thank you

This hePEX will work, but since it is an open system you do not need to use PEX with an oxygen barrier.

Q: Currently I have the ventilation heating system in my two-floor 2000 sq .ft. house but I want to replace it with the infloor heating system to heat the entire house. Will be the 5/16" hePEX plus tubing enough for the heating system or I need bigger tubes? What type of a condensed pump should be used to run the system?

You can use the 5/16" PEX with the Quik Trak system. The pump will be based on your system design.

Q: I currently have 3/4" Mr Pex-AL to baseboards but am converting one zone to infloor heat. The Mr Pex is a bear to bend and install. Is this a better option for flexibility? If not, what would you recommend? Also, what fittings would you use to convert from Mr Pex-AL to other oxygen barrier tubing?

Yes, you can use this PEX. For a conversion fitting you would need: 1 - D4120750, 1 - A4322525, and 1 - A4020750.
