Model 22 8", 1/2" MPT x Sweat Inlet Hot & Cold Anti-Siphon Wall Faucet w/ Metal Handle

Being a Master Plumber since 1984 I should have installed this back in 1992. Way over due. It makes cleaning items a lot better. I can fill the bucket with hot/warm water without going inside to the laundry sink. A huge help. It has been used several times with the pressure washer and does a much better cleaning job. The vacuum breaker has not leaked, this is good. The angle/slope of the valves stems inside the block wall are too steep. No need to put such an angle/slope on those valves stems. It makes drilling the holes through a block or concrete wall more difficult. Even with being level or a slight angle/slope the stems will still drain. Again, too much angle/slope on the valve stems through the block/concrete wall. Live in Virginia and subject to freezing conditions. I removed the internal seals to promote better drainage. I phone contacted Woodford about this and they were awesome as I only had to speak to one person who knew just what I was talking about. I wish the outlet brass flange around the entire faucet body was another 1/8" wider. Very difficult to keep an 1-1/8" bit still while drilling at an angle/slope through a block/concrete wall. Chalking helped out. But having the flange a little wider would be great and would not detract from the awesome faucet appearance. Don't wait any longer to purchase one and install it. I also installed the vertical one as well.

After using the faucet for 2 seasons one of the feed lines ruptured and is now spraying inside of the wall it was installed. Supplyhouse will just tell you it's out of warranty and to by a new one. So much for being advertised as freeze less.
