Even in my mid eighties, I was able remove the old and install the new one which was an exact duplicate.

Myself and seven neighbors have the identical AC/ furnace set-up so I keep a set of common "fail" parts on hand to minimize down time. Even for a single homeowner, it's beneficial to make a small investment in an emergency parts supply. It sure beats freezing !!!!!

I'd give this 5 stars except for that it took two shipments to get the right part. Customer service was great in addressing the return of the first shipment which was not the correct part and sending the right one 4 days later. The second blower motor shipped was exactly the part I needed, with all the right specs and wires with blade connectors. Basically plug and play...remove the old motor bolt in the new motor and connect all the wires. My wife is happy again that the AC works in the summer heat of NM!

This was a perfect match for my furnace. My old motor was a 3 speed this one is a 4 speed and i like that i have the extra speed so i was able to use both the HI / LO for the furnace and AC. I was looking at a different company online and when i went to purchase the motor they increased the price by $100 not sure since i view it a couple of times and they are watching that so know that they will never get my business. SupplyHouse does not jack there prices up that i see.
