Problem fixed
The transformer didn't have the same mounting holes as my old transformer but with a little modification to the furnace it fits. Works perfectly!

I hope I never have to buy another one
My furnace died with a power surge. I had no idea what I was doing, but figured i'd replace the 3 things I could reach and that were easy to swap out. This little guy fixed my problem and shipping was super fast. Product exactly as pictured.
