The product is good, the service is better
I have a York furnace XYF90080BU3-AB. The draft inducer blower motor assembly began making a thwacking noise like the impeller was touching the shroud. The HVAC dealer that installed the furnace removed any "York" branding from the furnace and replaced it with their own. Furthermore, my furnace had a generic Fasco draft inducer blower motor assembly in it, so there was no way for me, a non-HVAC tech, to know what I needed or how to get it. The SupplyHouse representative was able to point me to the right part and identify that I indeed have a York furnace. The part came in two days. I installed it and it's been working well ever since.

Great service by SH, poor quality part by Fasco.
Arrived fast, as ordered, and installed in 30 mins. It's labelled as genuine Fasco/OEM part. It included the gasket and a ton of different orifice/restrictors for many models furnaces from various brands. It started to fail 48hrs after being installed, intermittent squealing and shaking... likely a bearing failure. The last model lasted 10 years. I guess Fasco don't make 'em like the used to.
I'm following up with Supply House for a warranty replacement.

I would think really hard about buying this product again.
After paying over $500.00 for this product it lasted 2 weeks and we had to purchase another one. So we are definitely not happy.

Product works, finally have heat.
Had to replace my old one since it was making a weird noise and the HAVC wasn't working with some diagnosis. Glad I purchased a new one that works, and now we have heat again.

Great price, great shipping, poor part
Great price, and shipped fast. Came with all the parts and went in perfect, but started squealing and vibrating a couple days later. Previous part lasted 10 years, this likely wont last a week. This isn't on Supply House, it's a poor quality Fasco part.

Perfect Fit AND best price!
Last tech replaced OE unit with an ill fitting economy unit, leaving us with no heat after one year of service.
Customer service found the correct one in 5 minutes, and now the furnace blows hotter and undoubtedly more reliably.

3rd time is the charge
After being sent 2 defective parts, the 3rd seems to be working fine. Returns were easy and quick and cost free- so that was good. Being without heat for 2 weeks ,tho, wasn't so good.
