Q: Just confirming pump will turn on when tank level is low and pump will shut off when tank is full? Can I get this with a longer cord?

Verified Reply- SupplyHouse StaffHi Andy, thanks for writing in. When the water level in the tank increases and moves the float switch to a certain point, it will turn the pump on until the water is drained and the pump will then turn off. Please contact us with the model number of your pump for further assistance finding a compatible float switch with a longer cord.
