- Non-Clogging Vortex Impeller Design. Engineered plastic impeller with metal inserts on models 266, 267 & 268 (1 PH).
- Not affected by materials normally found in drainage and sewage pumps
- Stainless steel screws, bolts, handle, guard and arm and seal assembly
- Neoprene square ring & gasket
- Oil-filled, hermetically sealed motor

Excellent product...will buy again if required
This is for residential sewage lift station. Original pump installed back in the early 1980's was a Zoeller. The pump this one replaced was a 'plastic' one (don't recall the brand) that previous owner installed when pump failed. It was the only one that was available 'locally'. Zoeller makes great products. I wanted the one with the cast iron impeller and without the built-in on/off float switch. I figured this way, if the switch failed, it would be easier (and less expensive) to replace the separate float switch than the whole pump/switch combo. Have had this installed for several weeks now...very quiet and no complaints.

Excellent product...will buy again if required
Due to an 'unexpected' failure of the sewage lift station in my home, I decided to replace everything (pump, switches, alarm, check valves, etc.). The original pump that was used when the home was built (back in the 1980's) was a Zoeller. From what I found, these pumps were the best-rated for my need. Not really knowing much about the 'lift station' before it failed, I had a lot of 'researching' and reading about the various components I would need. After getting the pump, discharge pipe and the tether switches for the pump and the over-fill alarm set up and adjusted using a 33-gallon garbage can as a proxy for the actual crock in the basement floor, I was able to install everything inside the crock, re-test everything, and then finalize the installation. So far, so good...the pump operates very quietly and is doing the job well.
