Does the job just fine.
I am using this in the supply line to my outdoor drip irrigation system to keep contaminated water out of my potable in house drinking water, Although my in house waterline is 3/4", I am using a 1" line to the outside to make sure the water pressure is adequate for the drip circuits.

Wilkins 350 Double Check Valve Assembly- works as expected
Had a small leak in test "valve" #1 after installed, just a drop of water formed there but continued to leak after tightened to max I was comfortable with. I shut off water supply and removed test #1 then cleaned off old, and reinstalled Teflon tape, then put test #1 back in place, tightened to original position. No leak seems to work fine.

Not for California
This is a great product, but cannot be used for potable water in California or Vermont. I had to return it for a refund. [...] I wish I could have used it, since the California approved version available locally cost more than twice as much!
