Water level stays above inlet pipe
Product was built well and delivered timely but would not function in our space. The package came with the instructions for a GT2700 (regular size) and not the GT2701 (low profile) and we missed the height of the weir until downloaded the actual instructions when we had an issue after installation.
My plumber had to remove and move the location to make the water level work and caused an extra 2 days of work. The height of the weir is based on the capacity I'm sure, but this causes the inlet pipe to remain completely submerged. Seems odd that much water & FOG remains in the line prior to the trap.
