Large Diameter PEX Crimp Tool (1-1/4", 1-1/2", and 2")

It is a good tool for crimping large diameter PEX Tubing with Copper crimp rings

Supply House is great for miscellaneous and awkward pipe fittings and tools. Tool worked great and is easy to use.

Works well, no issues

Good tool for a few crimps but the threads on the bolt used to tighten it are similar to an acme thread. They destroy themselves after just a few uses.

I've used this tool in the past and recently purchased one for myself. Does a great job making crimps smooth and even. For a manual tool it is definitely priced well when compared to the competing battery powered units. The only thing I would suggest is that the bearing be upgraded. I have a habit of using my impact driver to speed the job up. You will break it, no matter how easy you think you are on it. It's not designed for use with one and I can attest to this. $50 at your local bearing shop and it's not a problem for years to come.

Had to do a 1-1/4" PEX hot and cold with multiple taps in an attic. Tool worked flawlessly and easily. Made what could have been a tough job go quickly and easy.

I had to put a 1-1/2" PEX system in so I bought this tool. The crimp-on fittings are much cheaper and I think stronger than something like shark bite fittings. They are fine if you need one or two, but when there are many fittings this is the way to go. The tool works great and has a light that comes on when it is tight enough. I found it best to turn the tool about 90 deg and tighten it a second time to get a better fit for the included "GO-NO GO" tool. Quick and easy.

When working with 2" pex you want simplicity and a product that works. It performed well.
