If you have ordered the wrong product or no longer want a product you ordered, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Returns created because we mistakenly shipped you the wrong item and/or the item is damaged or defected, qualify for free return shipping up to 90 days after the item was received.
Print
Fill out the Return Form online. Your form MUST be included in the return package.
Pack
Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. Include all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
Ship
Send the return package to the address listed on your Return Form. The return package can be sent using the carrier of your choice.
If you're returning an item due to mis-ship, damage, or defect and you need a replacement you can:
- Create a return for replacement
- Ship the material back.
- Once we get the material it will take 3-5 business days for us to process your return and create your replacement order.
- Create a return for refund
- Place a new order at the same time for your replacement, and return your materials for a refund.
It takes 4-5 business days after we receive the return for the credit to be issued or your replacement order to be created.
