I would buy it again
Received it in 2 business day, installed it and so far it is working properly. The only issue was the orientation of the electrical connection such that I could not crew down the control board back in the previous location.

Works as expected to replace a broken HK42FZ011 board
Bought this board to replace a broken HK42FZ011 control board in my Carrier Weather Maker 8000 furnace (model# 58ZAV096-14116) that couldn't turn the blower fan motor on. Instructions are step by step with sufficient details. It is less than half of the price of the Carrier official replacement board and are also designed to replace my old board with same mounting holes.
The only trouble I had was the new board has completely different layout for wiring, and the existing line wire was not long enough to reach the pin. I end up reversed the plug orientation of the wire on the other side (connected to the safety switch) to provide the extra half inch distance I needed. Overall, works as expected. Also provided self adhesive drawings and diagnosis instructions that can be stick to the unit.
The description of Software for Enhanced Controls on the box is miss leading. It only have a blinking LED for error codes, no software/app in smart phone at all.

Much higher quality than the factory control board
I ordered the ICM282A replacement for my Carrier furnace when the blower control relay on the factory board failed. The ICM282A is a substantially improvement in quality both in components used and board construction. It came with a complete set of conversion cables, making installation a plug in affair, and it's documentation was spot on, right down to replacement layout, schematic and error code decals to replace the factory ones.
Delivery was surprisingly fast, less than 24hrs to Central New York. The people at SupplyHouse were great on the phone and made sure I had what I needed.
Pricing was very reasonable, and the Made in USA board the highest quality.
I have found a new HVAC parts supplier!
