Great price on a 120 gallon hot water heater. Fast shipping arrived early, but had dents in the top of the hot water heater, although the tank was still good.

No Conversion Kit
I contacted team, they knew this was being used for residential. This should have come with a conversion kit.
When I called customer service telling them it wouldn't work because residential is 240 Watt and it's a 270watt, she said it couldn't be returned because nothings wrong with it and basically I was stuck with it. After 2 days working with an electrician and plumber it was determined we needed a conversion kit. Customer service should be more knowledgeable of products to assist customers.

No Conversion Kit
I contacted team, they knew this was being used for residential. This should have come with a conversion kit.
When I called customer service telling them it wouldn't work because residential is 240 Watt and it's a 270watt, she said it couldn't be returned because nothings wrong with it and basically I was stuck with it. After 2 days working with an electrician and plumber it was determined we needed a conversion kit. Customer service should be more knowledgeable of products to assist customers.
