My Smartcontrol on the Amtrol Water Heater was causing the furnace to kick on and off at rapid cycles or not heating my water at all. I was able to identify and locate the product I needed on your website. The order was in stock. Without requesting immediate shipping, it still shipped quickly and was received within 3 days. Upon receipt, I was confused on the wiring. Thanks to the tech support, they walked me thru opening the panel, removing the old unit, identifing the proper wires, and installing the new unit. Thanks to all this, I can now save money on the cutdown of my furnace kicking on and off. More importantly, I have hot water when I want it.
