Direct replacement for return duct installation
We moved into a house with an existing Aprilaire humidifier system with the manual humidistat. After some investigation of dry air this winter, we realized that the humidstat was not working correctly.
This was a direct replacement for the return duct mount (screws were in same positions), so it only took me about 10 minutes from start to finish to replace it. The new one seems to be of higher quality internals (more metal), and is working properly. Since the internals are slightly different, it may not be a direct replacement for a wall mount.

Ever so slight difference from the original unit
The mounting hole was slightly off from the original humidistat. This means the unit mounts on an angle, not level. No problem, just take the good switch from the new unit and swap out the frame? No. The switch is not an exact match to the old frame. Sort of hard to imagine why Aprilaire would make these subtle but critical changes.

Always a great experience
Every time I need a replacement part for my aging HVAC system, Supply House pulls through. Good product, Great service
I replaced an old humidistat on my furnace to control the humidifier and this was easy to install and works well. I wish there was a bit more space given between the opening for the unit and the mounting screws but other than that, it seems to work well.
Supply House offered the item at a reasonable price and got it to me vey quickly.
I would highly recommend them.

The Color doesn't match the description.
If you are replacing this from an older version, it isn't the same color. The color listed doesn't describe what you are getting. The color is more a GRAY/WHITE. The color looks dirty.
You can use the new insides and the old cover so it doesn't look too weird against your walls. Beware though the holes on the left side are on the top of the new one, so there may be something with that.
The shipping and service from Supply House was fast and simple.
