The new Aprilaire #60 automatic humidifier control works in conjunction with your furnace to control the operation of the humidifier. The control senses indoor RH and outdoor temperature and automatically adjusts the operation time of the humidifier to provide the optimum humidity level in the home. The digitial readout on the control displays the RH level inside the cold air return. This humidistat can also be used in manual mode when it is not possible to run wire to outdoor sensor.
New lighted display includes indoor relative humidity readout, service indicator light, water panel change light, and "on" indicator light.

Just what we needed
A tree limb fell on our supply lines to the house creating a power surge that took out The transformer in the A/C unit and the control board for the AprilAir humidistat. SupplyHouse had it for a good price and shipping was very fast.

The AprilAire 60 controller was an easy swap out of a series 56 that had failed. I'm surprised at how much I like the digital readout. Supplyhouse service is the best.

Just what I needed
My Aprilaire humidifier was showing an error code that said I needed to replace the control. HVAC guy gave me a price of over $400. I got this for about $100 and it was an exact match. I installed it myself in 10-15 minutes with no problems. Saved a ton of money!

The technical easy to use humidistat.
This humidistat was being used to control a Aprilaire pad type humidifer on this customers warm air heating system. The product not only sensed return air moisture but it also sensed the outside air quality to allow itself a higher percentage of accurate distribution went the heat was in a call status. the customer was happy with the original product and she will continue to be comfortable for years to come.

Received the AprilAire Digital Automatic Humidistat w/Outdoor sensor on the date provided at the time of purchase. Transitioning to the new unit was easy: I removed the defective unit, transferred wiring to the corresponding posts on the new one and reinstalled it. Following the instructions, I did a quick confirmation of the onboard physical settings and then tested it. It's working as designed and the humidifier is functioning once again. Exactly the outcome needed.
