Very good replacement for it's older cousin.
Replaced an older Aprilaire thermostat. This unit has better battery terminals and is backlit (after pushing one of the buttons) so it can be accessed at night or in dim light. Also convenient is it shows both the current temperature and the set temperature. And most important, it maintains the set temperature quite comfortably.
