Highly recommend this very very efficient thermostat.
The installation process of the thermostat was very easy and self explanatory. The unit also mounted to the wall very easily too. All to say though, the product works extremely efficiently, so much better then the older, obsolete unit I was trying to buy again. I am so grateful that the old unit was no longer available.
The wall unit is very attractive to look at and very easy to use too.
This has great performance as far as I am concerned. I hope this will put others at ease when trying to decide on a good product.

Not for geothermal furnace
Used with a geothermal furnace. Unit was set as directed in installation instructions. A geothermal unit requires a signal to the Y and G terminals. Instead the unit sent signals to the W and G terminals with a call for heat. With a call for cooling it sent the correct signals to Y, O/B., and G. I contacted Supply House who gave great service and sent a replacement; however, It also did the same. The problem was solved by placing a jumper between terminals Y and W. It a good unit and with the modifications works great, but it should be taken off the market until it is properly wired.

Product fine, shipping horrible
The product is a solid thermostat. The customer service is top notch. The shipping department is very poor. I sent the thermostat back because it malfunctioned after being installed. The replacement thermostat that was sent to me was in bubble wrap and crushed. And for the past 6 months to a year, all my packages are in boxes that look like they have been a war. And even when the box is in good shape, there is next to no filler in the box to protect the materials(tstats, pumps,ect.) that could get broken in shipping.
