This motor came with a bracket that was a perfect fit for the Concord exterior A/C unit that I had. Voltage, amperage, HP, and capacitor ratings were a perfect match too and already came with wire terminal ends so installation was plug and play easy! Shipping was right on time too. Not the cheapest motor out there but definitely worth the $$$.

This replaced a condenser fan motor that was suffering a thrust bearing failure. Apparently the failed motor had been changed over a decade ago, and whoever did that work changed both the motor and the fan blade so the rotation was opposite to the motor you supplied, because it was matched to the brand name and model number of the unit. Fortunately a replacement four bladed fan assembly with the correct rotation was found locally, and the job was completed before rains returned to the area. Some careful measuring and hole drilling had to be done to attach the 3-bolt mounting of the motor you sent to the unit, which was made for a four bolt mounting. But these problems were overcome and the unit is now running fine.

I installed the motor. It is 3 wire. I hooked it back to a dual capacitor. All is good.

The part was perfect, the shipping fast and easy. Packaging was great. Saved myself a lot of money and was the only place I could find the proper motor.
