Blue Fin products seem well built
I have been purchasing from SupplyHouse.com for quite some time now ... These valves are about 1/2 the price of the box stores ... Went in the same ... Work the same ... No drips ... Use the shark debur tool all the time the make sure that nothing cuts the orings and also use a sharpie to mark the depth to make sure that they are pushed in all the way ... I still don't like to use push fitting inside walls but do use them in accessible areas ... They are legal to use but still just can't bring myself to doing it!

I would not buy these again
They come off very easily on both copper and PEX. Several kept popping off a copper manifold that had 85 PSI water. What a mess. Replaced all of them with brand name. At least when I replaced all of them, they came off easily.

No packing nut, hard to turn, and the handle is really short
The valve leaked from the stem. There's no packing nut under the handle, but tightening the handle nut got the stem leak to stop. However, after tightening the handle nut, then the handle was too stiff to turn by hand. It worked for what we needed though.

good valves, good price
I wish they would leave the plastic inserts separate so if they were needed they could be inserted. They are not needed for use on copper.

Excellent choice!
Well designed and made of quality materials. Saved a bunch of time and labor by installing the sharkbite shutoff valve on an existing water system downstream from a water softener.
Disregard all the negative remarks from the old-school/die-hard/knuckle-dragging/too stubborn or lazy to learn, naysayers have for comment. Been installing sharkbite products for nearly two decades and have never had a leak (nor have I lost any sleep thinking about my plumbing repair). Great choice for shutoff valve replacement!

Good valve
Ball valve leaked around handle and packing (o-rings in handle stem), when turned off and on, but stopped after was in position. Overall good valve

COME APART
I had 2 of these joining copper and pex. First one would not hold. Thought the other was OK but blew apart the next day with normal 40 psi. Fortunately was home and noticed it to keep the mess to a minimum. No more for me, I'll stick with the Sharkbite.

Superb service
I've now dealt with Supply House for three orders. The customer service in ordering has been outstanding, not so much for the product questions department. My go-to will always be the order department for both questions and ordering since they are can-do in their attitude.
