Easy to use would buy again
I had a rusted drain with no where to grip. Installed tool and tighten with a wrench it grips very good was able to turn easily.

Not worth the money
This product was unable to do its functional job and was barely able to tightly the brass collar. The tool in theory is a good idea however, in practice it doesn't work that good. It likes to bind up while your tightening it and is hard to use while working close to floors. It doesn't go a good job of fully engaging in the two indents inside the brass pipe and begins to easily take material out of the pipe before turning it. I think it could be improved upon but I wouldn't buy the current model.
