This works and have had no problem with previous installations.
The only thing that would make this better - have the handle rubber slide on and give a red and blue one - so it could be coded for hot / cold!
But it works - installs easily - and is cost efficient as well. Never had a bad one.

Perfect for mounting
Worked great for moving the main shut off in the crawl space to the entry door. Mounted the valve on a stud.
