Very nice, high quality unit!
This thing is very well made, well designed and simply works well. Documentation is clear, I think my only complaint was that I never did find a measurement in the manual for the distance from the bracket to the edge of the unit, but that was easy enough to find with a tape measure. It does cost more than some other units, but well worth it in my opinion.

Never buy Bosch
Customer service is the worse in US . Parts are often unavailable. Including parts under warranty . Plumbers are not familiar with the products and certified professionals are scarce. Not to say they don't exist .
10 days waiting Bosch to decide what to do with my combo 5200 because sensor pressure is 4-6 weeks out to get one!
I would recommend never buy this brand in USA.

Super nice upgrade
We had this system installed Oct 2022. So after 1 year of use converting to natural gas from #2 heating oil with this combi boiler upgrade, it has been excellent. We've had no problems. The heat works much better than before and far more efficient. The hot water is also excellent. The only thing to get used to is domestic hot water takes about 15-20 seconds to get hot. Not a big deal, wife is plenty happy because we never run out of hot water now. This was a fairly labor intensive job for the plumbers, but it came out great. Not having to live with an oil tank in our basement or filling it up multiple times a year is a huge plus. We are the envy of the neighborhood with this boiler!

Outstanding product!
Fantastic product 97% efficient. I run my cooking, heat and hot water on propane. I filled up in December to 89% and am averaging 4.6 gallons a day in a cold climate. I'm at 65% over a month or running. Very thankful I bought this setup. Just remember to bleed the air from the system and you'll be running fantastic! Great product, I'm buying another for my house up in Aroostook county Maine very soon. Thank you Bosch!

Very nice budget combi boiler
Shipment was well pack but a little on transit
Wish supplyhouse.com had the manifold for Bosch boiler and outdoor reset
Hopefully they will have more Bosch parts in the future
Time will tell if the hot water can keep up with the demand when the water temp is colder in the winter months

Beware!!!
I've had this boiler for 1 1/2 months and have had nothing but problems. The boiler is "engineered" with an automatic air removal (air scoop) which apparently doesn't work very well. There is no air bleeder built into the boiler so in the event that air makes its way into the boiler, your screwed. I've reached out to Bosch multiple times and they tell me I'm not the technician so they can't help. I email Bosch and include the technician in the email and they still don't provide any value. I've had two service techs to my house and they both say there is air stuck in the heat exchanger and aren't sure how to get it out as flushing hasn't helped.I'm not sure what to do at this point but buyer beware!!!

Don't hesitate, best system ever!
Ridiculously awesome system! Saving a ton with this setup! 97% efficient I am so happy I did the research. I bought it direct here and bought all the materials, hired my plumber for 1100 bucks and the total cost was about 5900 installed! No more running out of hot water and this works amazing! Thanks so much for the education on these , my heat and hot water has been running and it's not even really utilizing propane like my conventional direct vent was using. Absolutely love this thing!

Amazing system!
This setup is amazing! Had it installed and my old system was. Turbo vent classic boiler. My plumber completed in 3 days. All I can say is WOW! Never again run out of hot water and improving my furnace. Materials cost about 2k plus my plumbers time. Almost 7 k total but well worth the investment. The only catch was make sure the pressure it below 30 psi and between 20-30 psi or it will throw a code. Otherwise it was a great investment! Bosch you made a great product!
