Not a good design
Bought three of these and all three, which were installed in different places, did not work. Supplyhouse.com was phenomenal as far as return credit but these thermostats are no good.

Verified Reply- SupplyHouse StaffThe manual states "...the furnace to run for a few seconds before initiating the fan." so it should be less than a minute delay.
