Note: This item is NOT compatible with Short or Long Flare Nuts, it is only compatible with CSST Appliance Connectors.
Note: The 15/16-16 is a CSA standard for 5/8" OD gas connectors and will only work with the Brasscraft 5/8" OD gas connectors (CSSC) instead of SAE 45 flare fittings.
For use with natural, manufactured, mixed, liquefied-petroleum (LP) gas, and LP gas-air mixtures.

- Blow-out proof stem is assembled from the inside with double o-rings for reliable performance
- PTFE seat rings for longer life and consistent performance

the gas valve shipped was not 5/8" OD flare x 1/2" FIP , it was 3/4" OD flare x 1/2" FIP

i would buy again
purchased for a new high capacity gas range and needed the larger 5/8" size so that the 1/2" FIP was not constricted. Worked perfect. quality seems fine. price very good.
