Great product, worth the money

I needed a new exhaust fan for the bathroom, going by the model number on the old one, this particular fan was replacement for the old one, which is many years. The housing wouldn't match up when installing. We would have had to go into the attic and do some work to make it match up. So, we decided to use the old housing and switch motors. Worked perfectly. I am very happy with it. It runs pretty quietly, and, I like the fact that it will take a 100 watt bulb.

Unit is Noisy

Unit mounts onto a solid wood framing element only on one of the four sides (per the install instructions.) This results in an annoying harmonic vibration of the mounted housing when the fan is in use. It seems to be a mounting configuration problem; I took the fan out and plugged it into an outlet - it by itself is extremely quiet.
