Designed for installations where conventional ventilation simply won't fit. Where multi-family applications require it, the LoProfile™ fan is narrow enough to be installed in a wall between 2x4 studs. When plumbing or electrical obstructions are found behind the drywall in ceiling remodel applications, the LoProfile™ fan can still fit without having to move anything. And that means most any room with space constraints can have powerful, quiet efficient ventilation.

- Fan shall be Broan Model LP110.
- Fan shall have corrosion resistant galvanized steel housing. It shall be ducted to a roof or wall cap using 4” round ductwork.
- Blower assembly shall be removable, have a centrifugaltype blower wheel and a permanently lubricated motor designed for continuous operation.
- Metal damper/duct connector shall be included.
- Air delivery shall be no less than 110 CFM and sound level no greater than 1.5 Sones. All air and sound ratings shall be certified by HVI.
- Fan shall be ENERGY STAR® qualified and have an energy efficient permanent split capacitor motor.
- Fan shall be U.L. Listed for use over bathtubs and showers when connected to a GFCI protected branch circuit (ceiling mount only)

Powerful, low electric consumption, and quiet
Broan LP110 - high air movement, low electric consumption, and very low noise. This low profile fan fits perfectly into 2 X 4 (nominal) stud wall. I needed the low profile, since it went into existing construction. There are not a lot of high performing low profile fan choices. This fan is rated for continuous use,
Before buying two of these (more about that later), I was considering a Panasonic fan from a big box chain store. But I needed only the fan, not a night light and other features. I bought two of these LP110's from Supply house for only a little more than the price of one of the Panasonic units and the box store.
I bought two because I already have one LP110 installed in a 6-inch exterior wall in a newly built detached garage. The low profile allowed 2 inches insulation in the wall but exterior to the fan box. At the Supply House price, I bought a spare for the motor/fan/shroud assembly. I hope to never need it, but having a direct fit new assembly could save the need to tear a wall apart for a full fan replacement.

Perfect solution to an attic heater issue
Unfortunately our bathroom attic access is minimal because our hvac unit is directly above. This fan fit the bill perfectly, even though I had to open and reseal the ceiling. This fan is quiet and powerful and does a quick air turn around. Highly recommend!

Perfect
I needed a fan that would mount between a bathroom ceiling and a heater in the attic. This fit the bill perfect! Only needed an 80 cfm, but decided on the 110 because I wanted no "woulda-coulda-shoulda!!" 1.5 sones.. ultra quiet!! Love the fan, love Supplyhouse.com!!
