2nd times a charm
The order I received was a bad unit. It went out after 4 hours of use. Supplyhouse gladly excepted the return and sent me out another that day and it arrive the following day. I installed it and it's been running smooth ever since. Everyone I spoke with in customer service was very professional, attentive to the issue and literally went above and beyond. Why the 4 stars instead of 5 you ask. Because we had to spend 2 days in the house in the TEXAS heat with no AC. YES, I will use in the future if needed.
