Highly Trustworthy
A friend helped me repair my furnace. According to him, HVAC companies like to keep a monopoly on parts and it would be difficult to find a trustworthy provider without dealing with a repair company. SupplyHouse provided an alternative. This piece was immediately available and works as intended.
additionally, I had a problem with shipping, which was not the fault of SupplyHouse, but they helped me solve the problem. They took every action to honor our sales contract.

I would buy this product again if needed
The product works as expected. I have heat in the house now.
I would have liked a lower price on the product though!
Shipping options are on the slower side compared to other websites. I know this saves on cost, but considering this is an importnat part in the furnace, I would have liked a quick (same day) shipping option.
