Not as much hot water as the previous model
I don't think it works as good as the older model. Flow needs to be very low for the unit to keep up/

Fairly easy install.
The manufacture's installation instructions had me worried about voiding the warranty but I call to the help line said I could use braided hoses which worked great. Being tankless, as water flow increases temperature goes down, but it is adequate for a single sink.
