Exact product in stock - arrived two days early!!!
This was the perfect replacement for my failed water heater actuator. None of the local supply houses had it in stock, so I had to order it online on Friday. It was promised for Monday delivery, but came on Saturday. In summary, the product is what it is, and worked perfectly. But the service was amazing. Thank you.

Cheaply made
This item was actually sent to me to replace one I ordered and installed less than a year ago. I am glad supplyhouse replaced it under warranty as the first one failed quickly. This one has been working for a few weeks so we will see. It seems like the pop top actuators are cheaply made and prone to failure. Not sure I'd recommend the product, but supplyhouse customer service responded quickly and helped me out.

I would buy and will recommend others look at Supply House
The condo has a system that furnishes A/C for every unit and I do not how long the actuator valve is suppose to last but this building is 55 years old. There will probably be more in the future that will need the same fix. It could have been repaired, but, it was time to replace it.

Replaced a tempermental actuator and is working great
I have three Erie zone valves and after 13 or so years one would fail to open sometimes. So I purchased this actuator (just pops right on top of the valve) and installed it in 5 minutes and it is working fine. Could not have been any easier.
