This coupler works great, no leaks!
After discovering a leak under my RV kitchen sink, I traced it to a braided hot water line which had been damaged during manufacturing; I suspect whomever cut the rectangular hole for the electrical outlet was careless. I excised the damaged section of line figuring it would be easy to couple the two ends back together, leak free.
The braided tubing used in this RV proved impossible to find fittings for, until I noticed the manufacturer used cinch clamps on their fittings but, the tubing has different dimensions than PEX; 1/2" PEX cinch too small, 3/4" too big. As noted in a previous review here, 185 (18.5 mm) cinch clamps work great for this tubing, and even though the tubing is not dimensionally identical to PB tubing, it's a lot closer to PB than it is to PEX.
in any event, the result isn't pretty, nor elegant, but it doesn't leak!

Exactly what i needed
Remodeling the interior of a small RV that has 1/2" Camco braided hose for water lines. Wanted to go from that hose to 1/2" Pex, but couldn't find the right fittings. These worked perfectly using 18.5mm Oetiker clamps on the PB side and the standard 17.5mm on the Pex side. Made the job incredibly easy - and got these super quick.
