This product is terribly designed and just flat doesn't do what it's designed to do. Once the unit is mounted to the studs, the light bulb is installed next which is followed by the grill. Unfortunately, the way it is designed, things don't line up correctly and there is sizable gap between the skewed bulb and the grill. Plus the clips used to hold the grill to the box pop off each and every time. Looks very unsightly. There is no adjustment whatsoever. To correct, I drilled new holes in the sheet metal to lower the assembly that the light bulb screws into which closed the gap but didn't help the skewness. Also, I had to glue the clips in place so they wouldn't pop out. I also installed the grill prior to the bulb and thereby used the bulb itself to hold the grill in place. Still doesn't look very good but at least its functional. My last complaint is the one that SupplyHouse sent to me was a returned unit. I know this because the previous purchaser had punched out one of the electrical knockouts already. Wasn't thrilled with that either but I went ahead and used that hole instead of the one that I would have used. Bottom line is this item is a lot of money for no more than what you get. Let the buyer beware.....

Make sure housing is perfect to the ceiling or the bulb wont sit correctly in the cover. The bulb socket needs to be adjustable so the bulb is tight against the cover. Foam gasket is a pain to deal with on the cover.
