Great customer service
"I'm just an avg Joe that first tries to repair things on my own. If all else fails I then call a pro in. My Rheem heater furnace recently went out. When I took the cover plate off I noticed the inducer motor had rusted out. Once I removed that part I realized the part behind that had also rusted out (cover plate) so I removed it. Crazy as it seems it also was attached to another part that also had rusted out (divider plate). At that point I thought it was time for a new unit. But I decided to see if at first I could try to see if I could just replace those parts. I begin my research by finding a free Rheem parts manual online. From there I was able to Google the part numbers I needed. I actually needed 3 gaskets besides the parts. I stumbled on Supply House because they actually had all the parts I needed. Apparently they have multiple warehouse locations and your parts may ship separately because of that. I ended up receiving 5 boxes shipped in total which came over two days apart. Unfortunately one part shipped was incorrect. It happened to be the first gasket I needed so I could start without that. I called customer service and explained my situation and they were extremely helped. They emailed me a return label and all I had to do was repackage the box and drop it off to a nearby FedEx I emailed a pic of the wrong to the customer service person on the phone. Once she replaced my order she told me they now would have a manager oversee that the part I needed was correct before it was boxed and shipped out. Once I had that gasket I was able to complete my repair. The parts cost around $350 in total and shipping was free. I probably saved myself at least $500-$600 doing this on my own and $1,000's over a new unit. The actual repair was simple. I highly recommend anyone in need of a part use Supply House you'll be in good hands. Great knowledge and customer service. Good luck."
