Works as intended
Used it to connect cast iron and PVC septic line. Tight fit which is good, but difficult to get on until I put it in the sun for 10 minutes.

Great product.
Used to intercept a 4" underground waste line. The Strong back helps protect the connection from movement when buried. Better than pipe clamps alone.

Excellent Quality coupling
I was tying a new sewer line from a garage into an existing 4' cast sewer in a basement. This shielded coupling is not only strong but had just the right flexibility to slide snugly over both the cast and SCH 40 PVC. The inspector was pleased to see the use of a proper shielded coupling which communicates that the work is being done to code and will last a lifetime.
