I never received item
I was shipped the wrong item. Same sku but different brand. I called customer service and requested a return and explained the error. I returned the item and was shipped the same one again. I also returned that one and requested a refund. i received a prompt refund. when I went back to the website it stated it was out of production. Customer service was good
